Alison Post has been writing for many years. Starting out with fanfiction, she grew to love her stories and the way that they would make her feel. She has been reading ever since she could remember. Her first memory of reading was when her big sister handed her the Harry Potter series, and her life was changed forever. Along with Twilight, it was safe to say that she was hooked on the stories that could be told by authors. My Ever After

Carrie Lewis did the one thing a girl should never do: she fell in love with her brother’s best friend. It wouldn’t be so bad except he obviously doesn't return the same feelings. He sees her as nothing more than the little sister of his best friend. This year, she’s determined to forget him. Now that he no longer goes to the same college as her, she is finally able to go days without seeing him. Out of sight, out of mind, right? She’d never been more wrong. David Clarke has watched his best friend’s little sister from afar ever since he realized his feelings for her were stronger than they should’ve been. He’s known that he was in love with her for the last four years, but he’s also known that his best friend would never approve of a relationship between the two of them. He can’t seem to get her off his mind, though. Is he ready to sacrifice his friendship with his best friend to prove that he’s worthy of being with his sister or is he going to play it safe? Mature - not intended for audiences under 16 years old.
